South Euclid home prices fall in December 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in December 2018 in South Euclid fell by $11,400 while total sales decreased by 7.5%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In December 2018, there were 49 homes sold, with a median sale price of $73,600 - a 13.4% decrease over the $85,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 53 homes sold in South Euclid in December 2017.

The median sales tax in South Euclid for the most recent year with available data, 2016, was $3,282, approximately 4.5% of the median home sale price for December 2018.
