Highland Heights home prices rise in January 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in January 2019 in Highland Heights rose by $182,000 while total sales increased by 100%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In January 2019, there were six homes sold, with a median sale price of $346,000 - a 111% increase over the $164,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were three homes sold in Highland Heights in January 2018.

The median sales tax in Highland Heights for the most recent year with available data, 2016, was $6,138, approximately 1.8% of the median home sale price for January 2019.
