Shaker Heights home prices rise in January 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in January 2019 in Shaker Heights rose by $10,525 while total sales increased by 27.3%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In January 2019, there were 42 homes sold, with a median sale price of $155,525 - a 7.3% increase over the $145,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 33 homes sold in Shaker Heights in January 2018.
