University Heights home prices fall in January 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in January 2019 in University Heights fell by $4,500 while total sales decreased by 15.8%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In January 2019, there were 16 homes sold, with a median sale price of $124,000 - a 3.5% decrease over the $128,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 19 homes sold in University Heights in January 2018.
