Cleveland Heights home prices rise in January 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in January 2019 in Cleveland Heights rose by $28,100 while total sales increased by 30.9%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In January 2019, there were 72 homes sold, with a median sale price of $95,600 - a 41.6% increase over the $67,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 55 homes sold in Cleveland Heights in January 2018.

The median sales tax in Cleveland Heights for the most recent year with available data, 2016, was $4,983, approximately 5.2% of the median home sale price for January 2019.
