Beachwood home prices fall in February 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in February 2019 in Beachwood fell by $18,600 while total sales decreased by 28.6%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In February 2019, there were five homes sold, with a median sale price of $275,000 - a 6.3% decrease over the $293,600 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were seven homes sold in Beachwood in February 2018.

The median sales tax in Beachwood for the most recent year with available data, 2016, was $6,158, approximately 2.2% of the median home sale price for February 2019.
