Mayfield home prices fall in February 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in February 2019 in Mayfield fell by $36,000 while total sales decreased by 33.3%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In February 2019, there were two homes sold, with a median sale price of $180,000 - a 16.7% decrease over the $216,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were three homes sold in Mayfield in February 2018.

The median sales tax in Mayfield for the most recent year with available data, 2016, was $5,906, approximately 3.3% of the median home sale price for February 2019.
