University Heights home prices rise in February 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in February 2019 in University Heights rose by $38,950 while total sales decreased by 50%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In February 2019, there were 12 homes sold, with a median sale price of $153,450 - a 34% increase over the $114,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 24 homes sold in University Heights in February 2018.
