Lyndhurst home prices rise in February 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in February 2019 in Lyndhurst rose by $8,675 while total sales decreased by 18.2%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In February 2019, there were 18 homes sold, with a median sale price of $132,500 - a 7% increase over the $123,825 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 22 homes sold in Lyndhurst in February 2018.
