Shaker Heights home prices rise in February 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in February 2019 in Shaker Heights rose by $28,550 while total sales decreased by 30.2%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In February 2019, there were 30 homes sold, with a median sale price of $167,550 - a 20.5% increase over the $139,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 43 homes sold in Shaker Heights in February 2018.
