South Euclid home prices rise in February 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in February 2019 in South Euclid rose by $45 while total sales increased by 61.1%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In February 2019, there were 58 homes sold, with a median sale price of $61,000 - a 0.1% increase over the $60,955 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 36 homes sold in South Euclid in February 2018.

The median sales tax in South Euclid for the most recent year with available data, 2016, was $3,282, approximately 5.4% of the median home sale price for February 2019.
