Pepper Pike home prices rise in March 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in March 2019 in Pepper Pike rose by $53,750 while total sales decreased by 20%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In March 2019, there were eight homes sold, with a median sale price of $448,750 - a 13.6% increase over the $395,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 10 homes sold in Pepper Pike in March 2018.
