Highland Heights home prices fall in March 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in March 2019 in Highland Heights fell by $60,000 while total sales increased by 160%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In March 2019, there were 13 homes sold, with a median sale price of $210,000 - a 22.2% decrease over the $270,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were five homes sold in Highland Heights in March 2018.
