Euclid home prices fall in February 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in February 2019 in Euclid fell by $1,500 while total sales increased by 33.8%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In February 2019, there were 91 homes sold, with a median sale price of $55,000 - a 2.7% decrease over the $56,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 68 homes sold in Euclid in February 2018.

The median sales tax in Euclid for the most recent year with available data, 2016, was $2,855, approximately 5.2% of the median home sale price for February 2019.
