Lyndhurst home prices rise in March 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in March 2019 in Lyndhurst rose by $22,250 while total sales decreased by 25.6%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In March 2019, there were 29 homes sold, with a median sale price of $124,250 - a 21.8% increase over the $102,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 39 homes sold in Lyndhurst in March 2018.
