South Euclid home prices fall in March 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in March 2019 in South Euclid fell by $6,050 while total sales increased by 17.4%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In March 2019, there were 54 homes sold, with a median sale price of $78,250 - a 7.2% decrease over the $84,300 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 46 homes sold in South Euclid in March 2018.

The median sales tax in South Euclid for the most recent year with available data, 2016, was $3,282, approximately 4.2% of the median home sale price for March 2019.
