Cleveland Heights home prices rise in March 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in March 2019 in Cleveland Heights rose by $9,500 while total sales increased by 15.6%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In March 2019, there were 74 homes sold, with a median sale price of $102,250 - a 10.2% increase over the $92,750 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 64 homes sold in Cleveland Heights in March 2018.
