Euclid home prices fall in March 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in March 2019 in Euclid fell by $1,833 while total sales increased by 11.1%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In March 2019, there were 100 homes sold, with a median sale price of $53,167 - a 3.3% decrease over the $55,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 90 homes sold in Euclid in March 2018.

The median sales tax in Euclid for the most recent year with available data, 2016, was $2,855, approximately 5.4% of the median home sale price for March 2019.
