East Cleveland home prices fall in March 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in March 2019 in East Cleveland fell by $19,850 while total sales increased by 114.3%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In March 2019, there were 30 homes sold, with a median sale price of $12,350 - a 61.6% decrease over the $32,200 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 14 homes sold in East Cleveland in March 2018.

The median sales tax in East Cleveland for the most recent year with available data, 2016, was $1,748, approximately 14.1% of the median home sale price for March 2019.
