Beachwood home prices rise in April 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in April 2019 in Beachwood rose by $56,250 while total sales decreased by 7.1%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In April 2019, there were 13 homes sold, with a median sale price of $325,000 - a 20.9% increase over the $268,750 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 14 homes sold in Beachwood in April 2018.

The median sales tax in Beachwood for the most recent year with available data, 2016, was $6,158, approximately 1.9% of the median home sale price for April 2019.
