Shaker Heights home prices rise in April 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in April 2019 in Shaker Heights rose by $5,000 while total sales decreased by 3.3%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In April 2019, there were 58 homes sold, with a median sale price of $166,000 - a 3.1% increase over the $161,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 60 homes sold in Shaker Heights in April 2018.
