University Heights home prices rise in April 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in April 2019 in University Heights rose by $16,500 while total sales increased by 19%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In April 2019, there were 25 homes sold, with a median sale price of $145,000 - a 12.8% increase over the $128,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 21 homes sold in University Heights in April 2018.
