Mayfield home prices fall in April 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in April 2019 in Mayfield fell by $105,000 while total sales decreased by 60%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In April 2019, there were two homes sold, with a median sale price of $135,000 - a 43.8% decrease over the $240,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were five homes sold in Mayfield in April 2018.

The median sales tax in Mayfield for the most recent year with available data, 2016, was $5,906, approximately 4.4% of the median home sale price for April 2019.
