Euclid home prices rise in April 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in April 2019 in Euclid rose by $4,500 while total sales increased by 43.8%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In April 2019, there were 105 homes sold, with a median sale price of $60,000 - a 8.1% increase over the $55,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 73 homes sold in Euclid in April 2018.

The median sales tax in Euclid for the most recent year with available data, 2016, was $2,855, approximately 4.8% of the median home sale price for April 2019.
