South Euclid home prices rise in April 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in April 2019 in South Euclid rose by $27,750 while total sales increased by 32.4%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In April 2019, there were 45 homes sold, with a median sale price of $93,000 - a 42.5% increase over the $65,250 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 34 homes sold in South Euclid in April 2018.

The median sales tax in South Euclid for the most recent year with available data, 2016, was $3,282, approximately 3.5% of the median home sale price for April 2019.
