University Heights home prices fall in May 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in May 2019 in University Heights fell by $7,900 while total sales increased by 25%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In May 2019, there were 45 homes sold, with a median sale price of $140,000 - a 5.3% decrease over the $147,900 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 36 homes sold in University Heights in May 2018.

The median sales tax in University Heights for the most recent year with available data, 2016, was $6,411, approximately 4.6% of the median home sale price for May 2019.
