Highland Heights home prices fall in May 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in May 2019 in Highland Heights fell by $60,000 while total sales increased by 13.3%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In May 2019, there were 17 homes sold, with a median sale price of $255,000 - a 19% decrease over the $315,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 15 homes sold in Highland Heights in May 2018.
