Euclid home prices rise in May 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in May 2019 in Euclid rose by $13,200 while total sales decreased by 29.2%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In May 2019, there were 75 homes sold, with a median sale price of $73,500 - a 21.9% increase over the $60,300 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 106 homes sold in Euclid in May 2018.

The median sales tax in Euclid for the most recent year with available data, 2016, was $2,855, approximately 3.9% of the median home sale price for May 2019.
