Shaker Heights home prices rise in June 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in June 2019 in Shaker Heights rose by $60,625 while total sales decreased by 12.8%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In June 2019, there were 68 homes sold, with a median sale price of $245,000 - a 32.9% increase over the $184,375 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 78 homes sold in Shaker Heights in June 2018.
