South Euclid home prices rise in May 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in May 2019 in South Euclid rose by $14,250 while total sales increased by 3.2%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In May 2019, there were 64 homes sold, with a median sale price of $92,500 - a 18.2% increase over the $78,250 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 62 homes sold in South Euclid in May 2018.

The median sales tax in South Euclid for the most recent year with available data, 2016, was $3,282, approximately 3.5% of the median home sale price for May 2019.
