Mayfield Heights home prices rise in June 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in June 2019 in Mayfield Heights rose by $19,000 while total sales decreased by 37%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In June 2019, there were 29 homes sold, with a median sale price of $154,000 - a 14.1% increase over the $135,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 46 homes sold in Mayfield Heights in June 2018.

The median sales tax in Mayfield Heights for the most recent year with available data, 2016, was $3,601, approximately 2.3% of the median home sale price for June 2019.
