Highland Heights home prices rise in June 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in June 2019 in Highland Heights rose by $20,000 while total sales increased by 30%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In June 2019, there were 13 homes sold, with a median sale price of $230,000 - a 9.5% increase over the $210,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 10 homes sold in Highland Heights in June 2018.
