Mayfield home prices fall in June 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in June 2019 in Mayfield fell by $4,675 while total sales increased by 100%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In June 2019, there were six homes sold, with a median sale price of $200,325 - a 2.3% decrease over the $205,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were three homes sold in Mayfield in June 2018.

The median sales tax in Mayfield for the most recent year with available data, 2016, was $5,906, approximately 2.9% of the median home sale price for June 2019.
