South Euclid home prices rise in June 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in June 2019 in South Euclid rose by $14,000 while total sales decreased by 18.6%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In June 2019, there were 48 homes sold, with a median sale price of $103,500 - a 15.6% increase over the $89,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 59 homes sold in South Euclid in June 2018.

The median sales tax in South Euclid for the most recent year with available data, 2016, was $3,282, approximately 3.2% of the median home sale price for June 2019.
