Richmond Heights home prices fall in July 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in July 2019 in Richmond Heights fell by $11,000 while total sales decreased by 50%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In July 2019, there were 10 homes sold, with a median sale price of $119,000 - a 8.5% decrease over the $130,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 20 homes sold in Richmond Heights in July 2018.
