Mayfield Heights home prices fall in July 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in July 2019 in Mayfield Heights fell by $4,700 while total sales decreased by 13.9%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In July 2019, there were 31 homes sold, with a median sale price of $144,000 - a 3.2% decrease over the $148,700 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 36 homes sold in Mayfield Heights in July 2018.

The median sales tax in Mayfield Heights for the most recent year with available data, 2016, was $3,601, approximately 2.5% of the median home sale price for July 2019.
