East Cleveland home prices fall in July 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in July 2019 in East Cleveland fell by $9,000 while total sales increased by 28.6%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In July 2019, there were 18 homes sold, with a median sale price of $17,450 - a 34% decrease over the $26,450 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 14 homes sold in East Cleveland in July 2018.

The median sales tax in East Cleveland for the most recent year with available data, 2016, was $1,748, approximately 10% of the median home sale price for July 2019.
