Euclid home prices rise in July 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in July 2019 in Euclid rose by $10,500 while total sales decreased by 18.8%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In July 2019, there were 78 homes sold, with a median sale price of $71,750 - a 17.1% increase over the $61,250 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 96 homes sold in Euclid in July 2018.

The median sales tax in Euclid for the most recent year with available data, 2016, was $2,855, approximately 4% of the median home sale price for July 2019.
