Mayfield Heights home prices fall in September 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in September 2019 in Mayfield Heights fell by $11,750 while total sales decreased by 6.7%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In September 2019, there were 28 homes sold, with a median sale price of $136,500 - a 7.9% decrease over the $148,250 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 30 homes sold in Mayfield Heights in September 2018.
