Euclid home prices rise in September 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in September 2019 in Euclid rose by $9,200 while total sales increased by 19.3%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In September 2019, there were 99 homes sold, with a median sale price of $70,000 - a 15.1% increase over the $60,800 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 83 homes sold in Euclid in September 2018.

The median sales tax in Euclid for the most recent year with available data, 2016, was $2,855, approximately 4.1% of the median home sale price for September 2019.
