Richmond Heights home prices rise in October 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in October 2019 in Richmond Heights rose by $23,550 while total sales increased by 21.4%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In October 2019, there were 17 homes sold, with a median sale price of $148,500 - a 18.8% increase over the $124,950 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 14 homes sold in Richmond Heights in October 2018.
