South Euclid home prices rise in October 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in October 2019 in South Euclid rose by $5,000 while total sales decreased by 8.2%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In October 2019, there were 45 homes sold, with a median sale price of $95,000 - a 5.6% increase over the $90,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 49 homes sold in South Euclid in October 2018.

The median sales tax in South Euclid for the most recent year with available data, 2016, was $3,282, approximately 3.5% of the median home sale price for October 2019.
