University Heights home prices fall in November 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in November 2019 in University Heights fell by $21,000 while total sales decreased by 26.7%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In November 2019, there were 11 homes sold, with a median sale price of $139,000 - a 13.1% decrease over the $160,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 15 homes sold in University Heights in November 2018.
