Cleveland Heights home prices rise in November 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in November 2019 in Cleveland Heights rose by $16,900 while total sales decreased by 42.7%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In November 2019, there were 43 homes sold, with a median sale price of $124,900 - a 15.6% increase over the $108,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 75 homes sold in Cleveland Heights in November 2018.
