Highland Heights home prices rise in December 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in December 2019 in Highland Heights rose by $189,725 while total sales decreased by 46.7%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In December 2019, there were eight homes sold, with a median sale price of $379,625 - a 99.9% increase over the $189,900 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 15 homes sold in Highland Heights in December 2018.
