Shaker Heights home prices fall in December 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in December 2019 in Shaker Heights fell by $30,000 while total sales decreased by 37.7%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In December 2019, there were 33 homes sold, with a median sale price of $180,000 - a 14.3% decrease over the $210,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 53 homes sold in Shaker Heights in December 2018.

The median sales tax in Shaker Heights for the most recent year with available data, 2016, was $8,232, approximately 4.6% of the median home sale price for December 2019.
