Cleveland Heights home prices fall in December 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in December 2019 in Cleveland Heights fell by $6,470 while total sales decreased by 37.2%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In December 2019, there were 49 homes sold, with a median sale price of $80,000 - a 7.5% decrease over the $86,470 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 78 homes sold in Cleveland Heights in December 2018.
