South Euclid home prices rise in December 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in December 2019 in South Euclid rose by $17,900 while total sales decreased by 30.6%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In December 2019, there were 34 homes sold, with a median sale price of $91,500 - a 24.3% increase over the $73,600 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 49 homes sold in South Euclid in December 2018.

The median sales tax in South Euclid for the most recent year with available data, 2016, was $3,282, approximately 3.6% of the median home sale price for December 2019.
