University Heights home prices fall in December 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in December 2019 in University Heights fell by $16,500 while total sales decreased by 65.4%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In December 2019, there were nine homes sold, with a median sale price of $132,500 - a 11.1% decrease over the $149,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 26 homes sold in University Heights in December 2018.
