Euclid home prices rise in December 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in December 2019 in Euclid rose by $1,093 while total sales decreased by 15.5%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In December 2019, there were 60 homes sold, with a median sale price of $61,093 - a 1.8% increase over the $60,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 71 homes sold in Euclid in December 2018.

The median sales tax in Euclid for the most recent year with available data, 2016, was $2,855, approximately 4.7% of the median home sale price for December 2019.
